Love where you live!

My Bio
Busy People Get Things Done!

That is the truth and I have come to discover it is because there is no time to procrastinate! My days are filled with many different activities, Family, Real Estate, Family, Real Estate, Community Activities, Real Estate.... and so on.

I have recently completed a Commercial Course in Real Estate which has given me a whole new perspective of the Real Estate Business! Set aside the Mutual Funds, stock markets and similar things - invest in Real Estate - no REALLY - INVEST IN REAL ESTATE!  If you are in the investing market for the long term or short term, there are many opportunities available to those who know what they are looking for.

RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada recently awarded a group of REALTORS from RE/MAX Twin City Realty with Awards for the 2008 year. I was the very proud recipient of the Executive Award for 2008, pretty special considering 2008 was my first year in the Real Estate business! This award says a lot about having initiative, determination and the commitment to learn more than is necessary to get your home bought or sold. Knowledge is the key to a successful Real Estate transaction!

Did I mention, busy people get things done?
I was busy in 2008 and plan to be busier in 2009 - come be part of the success that is YOUR success!

In addition to Real Estate, I am also involved in various community activities. I have been a Rotarian since 2004, including involvement with the Rotary Classic Run (corporate teams may contact me at
info@paulatysoski.com;), participated and volunteered for various Chamber of Commerce events and am the 2009 Chair for the Canada Day Sponsors Lounge. (Interested sponsors may contact me at info@paulatysoski.com ;)

Does this leave time to adequately support you in buying and selling your home? You bet it does - I am at your service when you need me to be, because when I decide on extra activities my one pre-requisite is that they be flexible for my – or your schedule!
But wait, there's more....  As a direct result of my activity in events and organizations, I have the unique opportunity to connect with many people - each needs a home to live in - or has a home to sell! With me representing you - you have that additional form of marketing that just cannot be paid for!

These days, Real Estate takes a close second to my family who always remains first, but of course having their support makes all the difference!
I look forward to hearing comments from you, leave a message above, I will reply to your email and answer any questions you may have!

See you at the Rotary Classic Run!
Paula

My Old Bio...

After years as Campaign Manager for Brant United Way, it was time for a change.  Although I enjoyed my job, I was longing for a new challenge. I had spent five years coordinating the Giant Warehouse Sale with an outstanding team of volunteers, two years coordinating the St. George Apple Festival and six years assisting with the Brant United Way Airshow, each with their wonderful and dedicated teams of volunteers. I felt I had given what I could to the organization and it was time for someone with new ideas and new energy to bring Brant United Way into the future. I made many friends while at Brant United Way and will always remember my time there fondly. I wish great success for the organization, staff and volunteers now and into the future. I encourage all to find out more about Brant United Way and make a donation to their annual campaign if able to do so. They do good works right here in our own community.

After considering a few different options, I had decided Financial Planning would be my new career. In conversation with a much loved and respected friend, she suggested Real Estate would be a good fit and I should look into it before making other commitments. I owe her great thanks! Having bought and sold fixer uppers multiple times,  I did as she suggested and found that I had a great interest. It seemed that once l looked into it, it was meant to be.

I am so excited to be able to work in such a fast paced and interesting field, no day is ever the same. Although it is not an easy field to work in by any means, constant learning through experience and mandatory courses is the challenge I am looking for.

My husband Jody, daughter Lexi (16) and son Den (14) are a never ending source of inspiration, support and laughter and are always there with a smile or quick witted comment to brighten my day... and of course that constant learning through experience and the challenge aspect that I am looking for....

So there it is, my story. I know each of you have a story too, and I hope I can be part of your story, in finding you a buyer for your current home, or the seller of your new home. Houses don't make communities, it's the people in the houses that do, my goal is to help you find your community!

Best Wishes Always,

Paula
